High precision measuring room strictly calibrates product size; professional mechanics laboratory realizes overall performance control through damping force illustration test, impact test and other comprehensive testing.

Fully automatic durability laboratory is equipped with spring fatigue testing machine, rotating fatigue testing machine to obtain accurate performance parameters.

CATIA analysis software can simulate the product working status and optimize the product structure and performance. MTS performance test platform used with acceleration tester is able to calculate the abnormal vibration of the product. MTS four-channel test platform can simulate the real road driving situation, millions of high-frequency vibration ensures the durable and reliable products.

Manufacturing process control and quality control keep upgrading and optimizing. The shock absorber manufacturing plant has introduced advanced, fully automatic, linear electroplating lines with stable production capacity. Fully automatic tube cutting machines fulfill no-chip cutting efficiently and accurately.

PRT independently developed valve shim sorting technology and configured an intelligent moment control system to ensure automatic pick and assembly of valve shim parts. Panasonic 6-axis manipulators and 5-generation 350-GL5 double pulse welding machines can realize precision welding and synchronize connection with an intelligent cloud platform for data exchange. High efficiency electrostatic panting lines adopt double-component epoxy paints, improving product adhesion, impact, and corrosion resistance. The complete-strut-assembly automatic lines integrate assembly, labeling, packaging and other processes, improving quality and high efficiency.
